Common questions.
Does the AI email my clients on its own?
No. You approve every email. Claude can never send emails or start campaigns. That stays a button in the app.
Does the AI search the web for prices?
No. It works with your CRM data and the market data in BoatMatch. Comparable boats show asking prices, not sold prices.
Where are AI requests processed?
In the EU. The assistant, brochure copy and suggestions run on AI providers that process data in Europe, just like the database and servers.
And if I connect Claude?
Then you use your own Claude account. Anthropic's terms apply and processing may happen outside the EU. You decide whether and which data you share that way.
